Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an ABM-driven Growth Marketing contributor who will partner with US-based sales leaders to execute account-based campaigns and build AI-powered automations that signal when sellers should engage. You’ll work with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, and CRM platforms to maximize pipeline impact.

You’ll join a remote, globally distributed team and collaborate daily to shape how data and AI accelerate new deals and account expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running account-based marketing (ABM) programs in direct partnership with sales or account management teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers, such as signal/trigger-based workflows and data enrichment.
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail/d gifting).
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI or LLM tools inside automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail.
• Build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain data behind programs, including target accounts and enriched records in CRMs.
• Report weekly on outcomes like meetings booked and deals influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
