BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US-based sales leaders. You’ll run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail, and build automations that trigger seller action using tools like Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier and AI steps.

This hands-on role shapes data-driven plays that accelerate deals and account expansion. You’ll work daily with AI-powered automations, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to a scalable marketing engine that informs

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years running ABM programs in collaboration with sales.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal-based workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels.
• Daily use of generative AI or LLM tools inside automations.

Aufgaben

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
• Map processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain target-account lists and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test and scale new channels and plays that move pipeline.
