Job summary

BairesDev® is actively seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to join our remote-first team. You will partner with US-based sales and account leaders in a hands-on IC role that blends account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations to tell sellers exactly when to act.

Plan multi-channel campaigns, map processes, and build data-driven automations (CRM, Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier) to detect signals and drive revenue. Daily use of generative AI is central to your workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on multi-channel campaign execution across at least three channels (email, LinkedIn, ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI or LLM tools inside automations, not only for copy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail with sales ownership alignment.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target accounts, buying committees, and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and plays and scale those that move pipeline.
