Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a Professional Services Engineer for the 911 Systems team. This fully remote role in the United States focuses on deploying real-time emergency service platforms and guiding customers through architecture and design decisions.

You will partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful deployments, technical training, and scalable support, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a technical role related to VoIP (PBX/Call Center).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
• Lead onsite and remote installations of SaaS products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders.
