Job summary

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Engineer for 911 Systems to deploy and integrate cloud call-handling solutions for PSAP clients across the United States. You will lead onsite and remote deployments, provide advanced training, and collaborate with engineering to resolve complex issues while guiding customers with a clear, service‑oriented approach.

This fully remote role within the U.S. requires up to 50% travel, strong VoIP expertise, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a technical role related to VoIP (PBX/Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers during deployment.
• Be a trusted advisor and provide ongoing deployment support, including after-hours work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.
