Guidant Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to join our remote team. You will learn the full process of administering and testing 401(k) plans, progressing from document review to basic plan administration through hands-on training.

You will review client documents, keep clients updated on progress, and assist with year-end reporting and IRS Form 5500 filings. A background in back-office financial operations and strong Excel skills are preferred.
