Candidates should have at least 2 years in third‑party debt collection, strong negotiation, and proficient use of skip‑tracing tools and collection systems. A remote-ready workspace is required, with weekday schedules and performance goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate resolutions and payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and comply with laws.
