Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and meet individual and departmental goals.
• Deliver professional interactions while complying with laws and policies.
