Candidates should have strong negotiation, excellent communication, and knowledge of debt collection laws. The role supports a nationwide collections team with a flexible schedule and paid holidays; remote eligibility depends on state

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Experience negotiating payment arrangements.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Proven track record of meeting collection goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize portfolios to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Meet individual and departmental performance goals.
