Candidates should have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. The role offers a commission structure and benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full remote work provisions.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.

• Use skip-tracing to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and perform to performance goals.
