LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliant debt collection practices while maintaining a professional remote workspace.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party collections, excellent communication, familiarity with debt collection laws, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
