LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, set up payment arrangements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a home office.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside in an LCS-approved remote state.
• Reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
• Available during scheduled working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities.
• Working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions during challenging conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintaining consistent communication with management and teammates while working remotely.
