LCS Financial Services Corporation seeks a remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work to maximize recoveries while maintaining compliance.

This 100% remote role offers commission, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits starting after 30 days. You must reside in an LCS-approved state and bring at least 2 years of debt-collection experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace.
• Reliable internet connectivity.
• Ability to remain available, responsive, and productive during scheduled hours.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Using skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned portfolios and prioritizing collection activity.
• Working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
• Maintaining communication with management and team while remote.
