LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team from home. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance while meeting recovery goals.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the discipline to work remotely. A high school diploma is required and residents in LCS-approved states are eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with active listening.
• Ability to manage accounts, document accurately, and meet targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower finances.
• Use skip-tracing methods to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and compliant communications.
