LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for a 100% remote role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work towards recovery goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently from a home office. This is a nationwide remote opportunity with a weekday schedule and performance-based compensation.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

• Reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to remain available, responsive, and productive throughout scheduled working hours.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Mansioni

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
