LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. This 100% remote position offers a commission-based earning potential and a weekday schedule, with benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k).

Successful candidates will negotiate settlements, adhere to laws, and maintain professional, confidential communication from a home workspace. Ideal applicants have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work remotely in an approved state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
