Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions, communicate effectively, and build relationships with borrowers while working remotely from a compliant, distraction-free workspace.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation skills, fluent English/Spanish, and a comfort with high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate settlements and payment plans.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual/department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide professional, respectful interactions and handle difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws and company policies.
