You will work from a home-based remote setup, handling high-volume accounts, meeting goals, and contributing to recovery targets while upholding regulatory standards. Remote positions are available to qualified residents in approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a confidential, distraction-free remote workspace.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
