LCS Financial Services Corporation is a nationwide remote collections firm seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a remote, performance-driven team. The role emphasizes negotiation, compliance, and high-volume account management from a home workspace.

Responsibilities include negotiating settlements, skip-tracing to locate borrowers, and maintaining detailed records while meeting collection targets.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction–minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high–volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip–tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local collection laws and company policies.
