You will negotiate resolutions, arrange payments, and use skip-tracing to locate borrowers, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party debt collection and thrive in a performance-driven remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication.
• Ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent listening and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment plans based on borrowers' finances.
