LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. If you excel at negotiation and thrive in a results-driven environment, this role may be a great fit.

As a Collections Specialist, you will handle calls, negotiate settlements, use skip-tracing tools, and manage portfolios to maximize recoveries while complying with laws. A remote, home-based workspace is required within approved states in the U.S.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation and payment arrangement skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools.
• Experience with collection management systems.
