Job summary

CE North America is seeking a hands-on 3PL & Warehousing Manager to own our nationwide logistics network and partner relationships. Bilingual in Spanish and English, you will oversee inbound/outbound flows, rate negotiations, and KPI-driven performance with 3PL partners across the U.S.

You will balance day-to-day operations with strategic network design, travel regularly to partner sites, and drive cost savings through continuous benchmarking and contract management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing, 3PL management, or distribution operations.
• Experience negotiating 3PL or warehouse contracts and achieving cost savings.
• Knowledge of U.S. 3PL pricing structures by region.
• Experience with WMS and ERP integration; SAP Business One a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own 3PL and warehouse relationships, SLAs, contracts, escalations.
• Lead weekly operating reviews and QBRs with partners.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions for targets.
• Audit 3PL invoices against rates and recover overcharges.
• Oversee inbound/outbound flow and dock-to-stock times.
• Publish a weekly inventory and cost dashboard.
