Job summary
Electrify America is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to optimize transportation and warehousing for capital equipment and DCFC network parts across the US and Canada. You will lead a team of logistics professionals, collaborate with Field Services and NOC, and ensure service levels meet high standards.
The role requires extensive experience in global logistics, budgeting, and 3PL management, with a focus on cost efficiency and inventory control.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain, logistics or related area.
- MBA required.
- Extensive experience in global logistics and supply chain management.
- Leadership experience in leading logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team of 4 direct employees and 20+ indirect logistics professionals across 10 warehouse locations in USA/Canada for DC Fast Charger network expansion and repair.
- Direct management of strategic 3PL partners, ensuring contract compliance and KPI performance with quarterly business reviews.
- Drive annual budget planning, identify cost-saving opportunities and target 20% savings in logistics spend.
- Lead Inventory Review Committee decisions on multi-million dollar inventory and drive reductions.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for supply chain expenses including capital goods, shipping and warehousing.
