Job summary

Arvato North America is seeking a senior logistics operations leader to execute transportation management across multi-client networks and nationwide processes.

You will optimize transportation solutions, lead teams, analyze KPIs, and ensure compliance while driving continuous improvement and onboarding new customers. This role requires 10+ years in logistics with strong analytical and communication skills; Power BI and Excel proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience with multi-location operational and planning skills.
• 7+ years of experience in transportation management, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Proven leadership experience and strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with TMS, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute North American transportation management across multiple customers.
• Lead transportation professionals to ensure best-in-class operations.
• Establish, track, and analyze transportation KPIs.
• Support onboarding of new customers and carriers.
• Ensure carrier compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost management strategies.
• Perform carrier performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs for nationwide logistics processes.
• Escalate and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
