• Demonstrated success leading large teams and driving measurable improvements in productivity, cost, and service.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and operational performance.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 3PL distribution center operations, including warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and value-added services.
• Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service.
• Manage budgets, labor, variable expenses, and financial performance to achieve established targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, customer service, and profitability.
