Job summary

iFIT is seeking a detail-oriented 3PL Manager to oversee North American third-party logistics partners, ensuring accurate product flows from inbound containers through final shipment. You will own vendor accountability, order integrity, and invoice accuracy while driving continuous improvement throughout the logistics network.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics or supply chain operations, experience with 3PL providers, and proficiency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
Direct experience managing or working alongside 3PL providers.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with order management processes including routing, carrier selection, and exception handling.
Ability to travel regularly between the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day relationships with North America 3PL partners and drive performance.
Serve as escalation point for 3PL operational issues.
Review open order reports and 3PL workflow dashboards for accuracy.
Ensure inbound orders are routed, shipped on time, and delays resolved.
Define, track, and report on key metrics like fill rate and on-time ship.
Review 3PL invoices for accuracy before payment.
Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement.
