Job summary

iFIT is seeking a logistics professional to manage North America 3PL partnerships and ensure efficient inbound/outbound fulfillment. You will own relationships, escalate issues, and monitor key metrics across the network.

You will coordinate with Sales and Customer Service, review invoices for accuracy, and drive SOP improvements. Willingness to travel within the US, Canada, and Mexico and fluency in English/Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with 3PL providers.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with routing, carrier selection, and exception handling.
• Willingness to travel regularly between US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with North America 3PL partners and drive performance.
• Serve as escalation point for 3PL operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Review open order reports and 3PL dashboards for dwell time accuracy.
• Ensure inbound orders are received, routed, and shipped on time; monitor and resolve delays.
• Order pallets for inbound containers and coordinate with 3PL on shipments.
• Define, track, and report on metrics including fill rate and on-time ship.
• Hold 3PL partners accountable to SLAs and escalate underperformance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to address order stagnation and logistics escalations.
• Communicate inventory status and fulfillment updates with internal stakeholders.
• Review 3PL invoices for accuracy before payment and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify operational gaps, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs.
