Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 tutors K-12 students in North America with math or ELA using Cosmo curriculum. You set a flexible weekly schedule and teach 50-minute 1-on-1 lessons after school in an online classroom.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience, reliable internet, and access to Windows or Mac. You must be in the United States or Canada and commit to at least 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and teaching credentials preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in math or ELA.
• Strong online teaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting
• Communicate with Cosmo staff
