Cosmo 1:1 tutors deliver 50-minute, 1-on-1 math or ELA sessions to North American students. You set a flexible schedule and meet weekly with your students online using the Cosmo curriculum.

Applicants need a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of K-12 teaching experience in math or ELA, reliable internet, and residency in the United States or Canada. Availability 3-10 PM EST weekdays or weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA or math.
• Currently located in United States or Canada.
• Reliable internet and a private quiet location.
• Available 3-10 PM EST Monday through Friday or weekends.
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Passion for helping students learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
