Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced K-12 educators to tutor math or ELA online on a flexible, independent-contractor basis. You will conduct 50-minute 1-on-1 lessons with North America-based students, using the Cosmo curriculum.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, providing timely feedback, and communicating with families. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of K-12 teaching experience, reliable internet, a Windows or Mac PC, and availability 3–10 PM EST on weekdays or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA or math.
• Experience with K-12 ELA or math standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in Cosmo App promptly.
• Prepare lesson materials appropriate for student age/ability.
• Submit feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
