Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency using Relativity and advanced analytics. The role emphasizes strategic and legal aspects of electronic discovery and scripting with PowerShell.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of eDiscovery experience, deep Relativity knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys, clients, and co-counsel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications and respond to attorney requests.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity and supports PowerShell scripting.
• Creates and troubleshoots Active Learning projects in Relativity.
• Generates statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Keeps abreast of new eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Contributes to regular briefings on technology and process improvements.
