Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, especially with a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences with every interaction, in person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs and grow relationships by asking open-ended questions and offering VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, credit, insurance, and investment discussions and process transactions and loans.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options and refer more complex products when appropriate.
• Provide services such as notary, wire transfers, and other member conveniences.
