Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in finance.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experiences in-person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle account transactions, open accounts, and loan applications.
• Explain credit, savings, and investment options to members.
• Refer complex products and educate members on financial goals.
• Maintain compliance and exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
