Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist I in Florida to deliver outstanding member experiences both on the phone and in person. You will identify member needs, ask discovery questions, and grow relationships by offering suitable VyStar deposit, loan, credit, and investment solutions.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably with a financial institution, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences during phone and in-person interactions.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar financial solutions.
• Handle personal and business account transactions and process loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options to members.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, and other member services.
