Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member experiences, both in person and over the phone, while identifying member needs and expanding consumer and business relationships with VyStar financial solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, accurate transactions, and proactive assistance to educate members on deposit, loan, mortgage, investment, insurance options and related services, including notary and wire transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong communication, listening, and written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experiences in person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, loan applications, and account openings.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options; refer complex products as needed.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, and other member services.
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete tasks with integrity.
