Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences via phone and in-person interactions.
• Identify member cues and grow consumer and business relationships.
• Position deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions.
• Handle account transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings, refer complex products.
• Provide services such as notary, wire transfers, and fraud claims.
• Ensure compliance and follow VyStar's standards.
• Support and participate in all VyStar initiatives and campaigns.
