Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Tallahassee, FL, seeks a Relationship Specialist I to deliver exceptional member experiences both in-office and over the phone. You will identify member needs, ask questions, and build consumer and business relationships by proposing VyStar solutions.

The role requires strong sales aptitude, keen listening, and the ability to process transactions accurately. As part of the team, you will support campaigns, maintain compliance, and help members achieve financial goals

Qualifications

• Ability to process accurate transactions and requests.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Internet use and Microsoft Office; outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person and on the phone to provide outstanding experiences.
• Identify member needs; ask questions and offer recommendations.
• Cross-sell credit union solutions and refer to extended products as appropriate.
• Handle personal and business transactions; open accounts and assist with loans.
• Provide services such as notary, wire transfers, and account maintenance.
