Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experiences in-person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and ask open-ended questions to discover opportunities.
• Cross-sell VyStar deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions.
• Handle personal and business account transactions and loan applications.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, safety deposit services, and disputes.
• Maintain compliance with policies while delivering service with integrity.
