Everstory Partners in Memphis seeks a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product choices with compassionate consultative selling. You will build a sales pipeline from multiple channels, work with HubSpot CRM, and meet targets through trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or related roles (B2C, outside sales, or business development).
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment with prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound/outbound prospecting and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct timely follow-ups.
• Guide families through purchasing decisions and complete sales contracts.
