Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with compassionate, consultative selling. You will manage leads via HubSpot CRM, nurture relationships, and build a strong pipeline through community outreach and referrals.

Meet with clients, sell pre-need and at-need services, and earn commissions based on performance. A paid 6-week training period accompanies uncapped earning potential and a guaranteed minimum when applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products/services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete sales contracts.
