Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families choose funeral and cemetery products and services. You will meet with individuals and families to assess needs and provide consultative guidance, while selling pre-need and at-need offerings and building a sales pipeline through referrals, inbound leads, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Commission-based sales environment experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline via leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and manage follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, appointments, and sales activity.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
• Partner with funeral home, cemetery, operations, and location leadership teams to provide a positive customer experience.
