Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to represent our brand and culture with hospitality. You will lead efforts to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer solutions that address clients’ financial needs.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, promote technology solutions, and collaborate with experts to address complex financial needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must meet risk, compliance, and regulatory training requirements.
• Licensing requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
