Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch in the United States. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships by applying financial solutions and technology tools to address client needs and improve their financial well-being.

You will learn products, maintain compliance, and collaborate with a team of experts to deliver tailored banking experiences, while meeting branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are required; licensing must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.

• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
