Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to educate clients on banking solutions and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses through JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
