Job summary

You will work to educate clients on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. Requires licensing within 180 days and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; licenses needed within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities
