JPMorganChase, in a Chase Branch, seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and leverage modern banking solutions to serve clients. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships, applying financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and support the branch’s success.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits to clients.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to address banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and connect clients to team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
