Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs.

You will adhere to regulatory requirements, complete training, and work branch hours including weekends/evenings. Licensing through JPMorganChase’s program within 180 days is required for unlicensed applicants.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone, tailoring features of products to clients.
• Ability to work within risk and compliance obligations and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients and connect them to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and services quickly to effectively consult and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
