Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase branch to represent the brand with hospitality and to provide tailored financial solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to present suitable banking products and services.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success acquiring and retaining clients.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to explain features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, including regulatory obligations.
• Work hours including weekends and some evenings are required.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
