• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with clients on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
