Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust; listen and ask questions to guide solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient access.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
